Our Return Policy

Products sold  on Yunikbrands can be returned  with some exceptions:

1. When returning a product, you must return in the exact same condition you received
2. No returns of product for health and hygiene
Unless; You received the wrong product,damaged product or a fake or inauthentic product.
3. No returns of items that you have damaged after delivery
4. We do not accept exchange of any product, If you do not anymore want the product, kindly return and make a fresh order
5. Incase we accept the return, your money shall be refunded back via M-pesa within 7 working day
